Terms of Use

1) Eligibility and account registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting login access.
• Certain features, including review submission, may require additional verification (such as NPN verification).

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content.
• Post severe or vulgar disparagement, including profanity-laced personal attacks, degrading insults, or content intended primarily to humiliate rather than share factual experience.
• Impersonate others or use fake or duplicate identities to influence ratings.
• Trade, buy, or solicit compensated reviews or coordinated rating manipulation.
• Interfere with platform security, availability, or normal operations.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated access in violation of applicable law or our instructions.
• Use platform content to stalk, dox, threaten, or retaliate against any person.

3) Reviews and user content

• You remain responsible for content you submit and represent that you have rights to submit it.
• Where offered, you may choose to post reviews publicly (attributed) or anonymously. Anonymous posting hides your identity from public display but not from UplineReview administrators for trust and safety, enforcement, or legal compliance.
• Reviews should be based on your own real experience and must not include content you know is false or materially misleading.
• By submitting content, you grant UplineReview a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content for service operation and promotion.
• You grant other users a limited right to view published content through the service as intended by platform features.

4) Moderation and enforcement

We may monitor, review, remove, restrict, or de-prioritize content and accounts when needed to enforce these Terms, maintain trust and safety, comply with legal obligations, or protect the platform.

We discourage public defamation and do not tolerate severe or vulgar disparagement. Content reported or detected in these categories may be removed without notice and may trigger account-level enforcement.

We may apply automated safeguards (for example, flag thresholds) and human review. Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

5) Intellectual property

The UplineReview service, software, design, trademarks, and related content are owned by UplineReview or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from platform materials.

6) Third-party services and links

The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, or content.

7) Disclaimers

UplineReview provides a community platform for informational purposes. Reviews reflect user opinions and not our endorsements. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of user-submitted content, and we do not provide legal, tax, financial, compliance, or contracting advice.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UplineReview and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UplineReview and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10) Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
